Born in Aberdeen, Morag Stevenson studied drawing and painting at Edinburgh College of Art. After a long career in art education, she now focuses on painting interior scenes, still life and landscapes. She has exhibited in numerous Scottish galleries and won the Artist Editor’s Choice Award in the 2020 Society of Women Artists exhibition.
